MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS ON TUESDAY, MAY 6, 1952 The meeting was called to order by President Pend 1 eton at 8:05 F.M. The Clerk was then directed to call the roll. Un roll Pall the following Trustees answered "Present ": Bayne. Lams. Lange. Viper, Trustees Brown and Ibbotson were absent on roll call. The Clerk then read the minutes of the regular meeting held April 8th. A motion was made by Trustee Lams. seconded by Lange. that the minutes be approved as read. The President rut the question and the Clerk called the roll with the following results: Ayes: All: Nava: Nnne. Thereuron the President deolnred the notion cr rri ed . The Clerk then read the minutes of the Special Meetir_p held April 22nd. A motion was ride by Trustee Viper, seconded by Bayne, that the minutes be arrroved as read. The President rut the question and the Clerk Called the roll with the fo result: AvP4: All Nays: None. Thereuron the President declared the notion carried. Trustee Ibbotson arrived at P :20 anri took his Place. A motion was then made by `1'r„stee ViRnr, seconded by Baynes. that rile to an emerPeney existing, hecnuse of excessive sprinkling, stnrtinp Friday, Mav 9th and until further notice sprinkling be rostricted to the hours between 7 to 9 P.M. Further that srri nkl inp be restricted to Mondnv, Wednesday, nra Fri day, North of Northwest Hiphwnv, and to Tuesday, Thursday, HnA SHtnrdav, south of Northwest Hiphwav and that no srrinklina be rermi tted on Sunda•. The motion was voted uron by acclamation, whereupon the President declared the motion carried. The Clerk then read e notiPe of a public hearing to be held in Arlington Heights Village Hell, on A petition for rezoning from R_7 classification to B_1 business classification of approximately one end one -half acres located on the horthwester-ly corner of RHnri Road nprl Memory Lane (if extended) in Wheeling Township. The motion was then made by Trustee Bayne, seconded by Ibbotson, that the Village Attnrrpv be anthori'ed to errenr nt the hetlri_np on behalf of the Villnpe and to enter e rrotest npai nst the rrorosed re7nninp. The motion was voted upon by acclamation, whereuron the President declared the motion c<nrripd.
