This mo~ion oa~ied by June 2, 196g Sidewalks T~ustee Bruhl read letter of May 19 from the Westbrook PTA asking that sidewalk be installed between We Go TrAil and See Gwun to keep children from trespassing through private yards on their way to school. This walkway is an easement provided by the subdivider for sewer and water. This matter was referred to the Street and Sidewalks committee. J. T. Builders Trustee Ekren read letter from the Plan Commission Industrial Sub. recommending approval of J. T. Builders' Industrial Subdivision south of Algonquin on the east side of Busse Road, Trustee Ekren, seconded by Trustee Busse, moved to con- cur with the recommendation of the Plan Commission to approve above plat. The Board of Appeals voted 5-2 to reject on both counts. The~e were approximately 50 objectors present, and they were represented by Counsel, who conducted one of the crnss exam- inations. E.
