The meeting was called to order by president
Pendleton nt A:10 F.N.. The Clerk was then d rected to
eall the roll. Or roll call the fo11 ow' rp Trustees

Trustees Bavre nnrt Viper were assert.
The Clerk then rend the minutes of the meeti np
held October 14th. A motion was made bar Trustee Lams,
secorded by Ibbotson thet the minutes be arrroved ns
ream. The President rut the nuestion and the Clerk called
the roll with the following results: Ayes: A11: Nnvs:
None; Thereur)or the President declared the motion parried.
A motion was mode by Trustee Lams, recorded by
Leni'e, that the Community Presbyterian Church of Mt.
Prospect be t'rnnted permission to use the present residence
at 401 N. Main St. for temrorary church and Sunday
School purnoses, end to improve d esi pnn ted space on
rroperty for parking. The President rut the nuestion
end the Clerk called the roll with the following results:
Ayes: Ali; Nays: Nnre. Thereupon the President declared
the motion carried.

Mount Prospect, Illinois, is of September 12, 1952

Although it was not my wish to discontinue
service with the water d ernrtmen t, I would like you
to feel free to enll on me for env irformstion or
help that I may contribute toward the functions of
the department.

The Clerk was instructed to Place this
resignation on file.
The Clerk then read e letter dated October 70t 1
from the International Cash Register Parts Company and a
letter dated November 7rd, from their attorney, Mr.
Sherman Canty, renueating the issuance of en occupancy
permit for the international Cash Register farts Co. to
use the bui ldirr et 20'7 E. Evergreen (Now oecuri.ed by
Crofoot Manufacturing) as their factory.
The meeting was recessed et 9:40 and reconvened
et 9:50 F.M.
A motion was then made hlr Trustee LHnrre, seconders
by Lams, to gent en occurencv rermit to the international
Cash Register Farts Comrenv for the use of the building
at 207 E. Evergreen for purposes as ontlined in their
arrli cation letter, dated October 70, 1952. The President
rut the nuestion and the Clerk called the roll with the
following results: Ayes: A11, Nevs: Nore. Thereupor
the President declared the notion carried.
There being no further business to come before
the meeting a motion wHS made hi Trustee Lams seconded
b Ibbotson., that the meeting be adjourned. The motion
was voted upon by acclamation, whereupon the President
declared the motion carried, end the meeting regularly
ed iourned .
