MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES, HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING MOL NTrIOS1 .ACT ILLINOIS TUEbDAYDI♦;C`+ 1Lr; 2, 1952 The. meeting was celled to order by President Pendleton at 8:15 P.M. 8nd the Clerk was then directed to cell the roll. On roll call the Poll owinp Trustees answered "Present:" Ibbotson, Lams, Lanpe, and Viper. Trustees Bayne end Wilson were absent. December 2, 1952 31 The Clerk then read the minutes of the meeting held November 11. 41 motion was made by Trustee Lenore seconded by Lams, that the minutes he approved as read. The lresident put the question and the Clerk called the roll with the fel.lov'i np response: Awes: All; Nays: None. Thereuron the 'resident declered the motion carried. Mr. Frederick d. Turner, Jr. ettorney for Rend Building Corp., verbeily Presented demends for various refunds to Rand Buildinp Corp. for money which they paid 1 � for water mains, meters, etc. in the castle lieiphts East Subdivision. Mr. Turner stated that demands in - written Form would follow. A motion was made hr Trustee Lams, seconded by Ihbotson, that the Chairman of the Water Committee, be eut'nri zed to discuss with the Vill ape Enpireers, rre- liminery rl-Hns end specifieetior$ for Proposed new reservoir, rums house, end water mein tie in under North Western Rai1WHV and Northwest Hihhwey, covered by Project I11, 1111025. The motion wes voted upon by ecclemetion whereupon the 'resident declared the motion carried. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the motion was made by Trustee Viper, seconded by Lange, that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was voted upon by acclamation, whereupon the lresident declared the motion carried and the meetinn regularly ed
