The meeting was called tc order by Iresident
Pendleton et 8:15 P.M. and the Clerk was then directed to
cell the roll. Cn roll cr;ll the fo11 ovine Trustees
snswered "Present:" Rayne, Ihbotson, Lams, Lange, Viper
and Wilson. Absent: None.
The Clerk then read the minutes of the regular
meeting of January 6th. A', motion wns mfde by `trustee
Viper, seconded by 18ms, that the minutes be approved
es read. The President rut the ^uestion and the Clerk
January 13, 1953
called the roll with the following results: Ayes: 31 C�
All; ILTays : None. Thereupon the 'resident declared «
the motion carried.
The Treasurer's Report for the period ending_.
December 71st, 1952 was then rend. " motion was made by
Trustee Bayne, seconded by Ibbotson, that the report be
approved and placed on file. The '= resident put the ouestion

Ayes: All; I\Tays: None. Thereupon the }resident declared
the motion et rri.ed.
A motion was then made by Trustee Jilson,
seconded by Lenge, that the bills for the month of
December, es errroved by the Finance CoMmi.ttee, be
arrroved for. revrment. The Iresirient rut the nuestion
end the Clerk callers the roll with the following* results:
Ayes: All: Drays: None. Thereuron the Fresi:Jent declared
the motion carrier?.
A motion was then msde by Trusted Bayne, seconded
b Ibbotson, that the drecial Assessment Report be arrroved
and placed on file. The moti.er was voted upon by accla-
mation, whereupon the ' declared the motion carried.

County, involving property located on the southwesterly
side of Rand Road on the North side of Camp- McDoneld Road
(if extended) in +Jheelinp Township was then read. n motion
was mode by Trustee Bayne, seconded by vJilson, that the

January 27rd, on behelf of the Villfare. The motion was
voted uron by accl.erntinn, whereuron the Fresiient declared
the motion carried.
Trustee Bayne, Judiciary Committee Chairman,
then reported en Circuit Court GASP Nn. 51C 11765, which
was decided against the Village with Court casts of
one hundred, seventy -five dollars and fifty cents(175.50)

seconded by Peyne, that the 1 ublic Service Comrenv of
Northern Illinois be authorized to i nsteJ 1 a 1,500 lumen
street -light et Eastwood Avenue tend Thnver Street. The
President put the nuestion nnd the Clerk celled the roll
with the following results: AIMS. All; Nays: None.

There being no further business to come before
the rieetin.p, a motion was mnde by Trustee Bayne, seconded
by Lams, that the r c eting he adjourned. The motion was
