Cn roll cr;ll the fo11 ovine Trustees snswered "Present:" Rayne, Ihbotson, Lams, Lange, Viper and Wilson. Absent: None. The Clerk then read the minutes of the regular meeting of January 6th. A', motion wns mfde by `trustee Viper, seconded by 18ms, that the minutes be approved es read. The President rut the ^uestion and the Clerk January 13, 1953 called the roll with the following results: Ayes: 31 C� All; ILTays : None. Thereupon the 'resident declared « the motion carried. The Treasurer's Report for the period ending_. December 71st, 1952 was then rend. " motion was made by Trustee Bayne, seconded by Ibbotson, that the report be approved and placed on file. A motion was then made by Trustee Jilson, seconded by Lenge, that the bills for the month of December, es errroved by the Finance CoMmi.ttee, be arrroved for. revrment. A motion was then msde by Trusted Bayne, seconded b Ibbotson, that the drecial Assessment Report be arrroved and placed on file. The moti.er was voted upon by accla- mation, whereupon the ' declared the motion carried.
