A. 2 " reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 (SIGN REGULATIONS) (Exhibit A)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE.
This ordinance amends Chapter 7, Section 205 "Exempt Signs" F. "Political" to
comply with Public Act 96 -904 which prohibits time limitations for the display
of political campaign signs on residential properties.

A. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8 ENTITLED "VILLAGE (Exhibit B)
GOVERNMENT: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS" OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, REGARDNG ELECTION PROCEDURES
This ordinance codifies the "Village of Mount Prospect Election Model."
XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for holiday lighting in an amount not
to exceed $21,996.00
B. * Request Village Board approval to accept bid for creek cleaning and tree removal
in an amount not to exceed $6,500.00.
