TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
FEEHANVILLE DRAINAGE DISTRICT
ASSESSMENT TO THE GENERAL
CORPORATE FUND. No. 12 - 4 s
WHEREAS, levies have heretofore been made to raise funds for
the purpose of meeting the benefit assessments of the Feehanville
Drainage District assessed against the village of Yount Prospect;
and
WHEREAS, all assessments to date have been paid and there re-
mains in the special account designated ”Feehanville Drainage

District Assessment" the balance of $1; and
WHEREAS, the annual benefit assessments, if any, are to be
paid out of the general funds; now, therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS that the
Feehanville Drainage District Assessment fund in the sum of
1)5.74
$31 be and the same is hereby transferred to the General Cor-
porate fund and all future assessments, if any are assessed, be
paid out of the General Corporate Fund.
