LIQUORS).
This ordinance deletes one (1) Class "F -3” liquor license issued to JNK
Restaurant INC. d /b /a Michael's Steaks & Seafood, 113 South Emerson Street.

C. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC (Exhibit B)
LIQUORS).
This ordinance adds (1) Class "S -3" liquor license issued to Jesus Rosales Family
Corporation d /b /a Lety's Sports Bar And Grill, 1827 W. Algonquin Road.

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR (Exhibit C)
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 550 BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE, THE GYMNASTICS
SHOP
This ordinance grants a conditional use permit for a gymnastics school located at
550 Business Center Drive. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended
approval of the request by a vote of 6 -0.
B. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8 (VILLAGE GOVERNMENT (Exhibit D)
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS), CHAPTER 10 (LICENSES AND PERMITS),
CHAPTER 19 (HEALTH REGULATIONS) AND CHAPTER 23 (OFFENSES AND
MISCELLANEOUS REGULATIONS) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
REGARDING HEARINGS, NOTICES AND PENALTIES RELATED TO LICENSES,
LANDLORD- TENANT AND ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION
This ordinance amends the affected Chapters to reduce conflicts between sections,
clarify code language and eliminate duplicated services.
