N ° - 5 -4C° * * * WHEREAS ordinances have heretofore been adopted providing for the construction of certain water, sewer, sidewalk and paving improvements in portions of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook it County, Illinois; and I W!S, special assessments were levied to pay the cost of said work and pursuant to the statute applicable thereto said im- 1 provements were constructed and the report of cost and completion I was approved in manner and form provided by law; and 1 � WHEREAS, certain installments of said special assessments 1 I h levied against individual lots have not been paid and are now 1 past due and delinquent; and I SEAS, the President and the Board of Trustees find that I it will be for the best interests of the Village that said special 1 assessment liens be foreclosed; NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois: Section, 1. That the special assessment liens against the ' following described real estate, to -wit: Lots 55,56,57,62,63,64 ,65,66,69,7 88,89,91,94, 102, 105, 109 ,112, 113 , 115 , 117,119,.120,122, 126,139,145,157,158,159,160 , 1 6 1 , 162 , 164 , 165,166,167, 168, 169,170,175,180, 183 ,186,20 1 , 204 , 208 , 209,214,222, 224, 225,232, 238, 239, 260 ,261,266,2 67 , 268 , 270,275,278, 286,290,291, 292, 294 ,296,301,302,303,313,328,329, in H.Roy Berry Cots Colonial Manor in Sections 11 and 12, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the 3rd P.M. ,also Lots 3,4,18,19,20,29,37,46,47 and 57 in Morningside Gardens, a subdivision in the Northeast quarter of Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of 3rd P.M. also Lots 1,2,3,4,5 and 10 to 27 inclusive in Mount Prospect, a subdivision of part of the Northwest quarter and part of the Northeast quarter of Section 12, Township 41 North, • Range 11, East of the 3rd P.M. also Lots 12, 43 and 46 in Bussefs Resubdivision of Lots 1 to 6 in Block 4 of Meierfs Addition to Mount Prospect in Section 12, Township 41 North, ,Range 12 East of 3rd P.I. . be foreclosed. Section 2. That the attorney for the Village of Mount . • i !Prospect be and he is hereby authorized and directed to prosecute said foreclosure suit as he may deem best, and to cooperate with the States Attorney of Cook County in procuring the foreclosure of the lien of general taxes on said lots, if any there be, which this Board requests said States Attorney to foreclose; and to co- operate with the officials of the Weller Creek Drainage District ( or any other district in procuring the foreclosure of the lien of drainage benefit assessments upon said lots, if any there be,which this Board requests said Drainage Districts to foreclose; and that said attorney is hereby authorized to file suit for foreclosure or to join in any suit or suits to foreclose instituted by the States Attorney to foreclose the lien of general taxes and to take such other steps as he deems proper to procure the prompt sale of said property to satisfy said liens. Section 3. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. PA SSED this 5th day of February, 1946. APPROVED this 5th day of February, 1946.
