RESOLUTION TO FORECLOSE TFF
LIEN OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AO.
WHEREAS, Ordinances have heretofore been adopted pro -
vidinA for the construction of certain local improvements in
the Village of Mount Prospect; and
WHEREAS special assessments were levied to pay the
cost of said work, and, Pursuant to the Statute applicable
thereto, said improvements were constructed and the report of
cost and completion was approved in manner and form provided by
Taw: and
HEREAS, certain installments of said special assess-
ments levied against individual lots and parcels of land have
not been paid and are now past due and delinnuent; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees find that
it will be for the rest interests of. the Village that said sne-
cia.1 assessment liens be foreclosed; NOW THFR 'PORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the president and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That the special assessment liens against
the following described real estate, to -wit:
Lots 1, 7, 11 and 22 in BLOCK 1: Lots 1,
2 and 22 in BLOCK 2; Lots 1, 3, 20, 21
and 22 in BLOCK 3; Lots 1, 3, 4, 12, 13,
14, 17, 18, 19, 20 an.d. 22 in BLOCK 4; Lots
12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17. 18, 1.9, 20, 21, 22
in BLOCK 5; Lots 1 and 11 . ire. BLOCK 8; Lots
17, 18. 19, 20 and 21 in BLOCK 2O; Lots C,
7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 in BLOCK 24; all in
Prospect Manor, beinfi a subdivision of the
Snritr, one- nuarter eS 1/4) of the West Ralf
