BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, that FLOYD J. ELDRIDGE and JOSEPHINE A.
ELDRIDGE, his wife, owners of the following described premises
in joint tenancy;
PARCEL 1„
The North 100 feet of that part of the South West Quarter
of Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the
Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: commencing
at the South East corner of Lot 7 in Block 7 of r. o speet
Park Subdivision No 1 of the North West Quarter of Said
South West Quarter thence South along the West line of Min
Street extended 150 feet; thence West parallel with the
South line of Lot 7 aforesaid, 157 feet, thence North to
the South West corner of said Lot 7 of said Prospect Park
Sibdivi sion No 1; thence East along the South line of
a'oresaid Lot 7, 157 feet to the place of beginning;
PARCEL 2,
The North 100 feet of a strip of land 33 feet in width
East of and adjoining the premises above and herein
described, being the 33 feet referred to in the exception
in deed recorded October 19, 1950 as Document 14931169, all
in Cook County, Illinois, **
That they, FLOYD J. ELDRIDGE and JOSEPHINE A. ELDRIDGE his
wife, owners of the above described Parcels, convey the following
consisting of Parcel 2 only by quit claim deed properly
executed, for street purposes;
The North 100 feet of a strip of land 33 feet in width
East of and adjoining the premises hereinafter described as;
the North 100 feet of that part of the South West Quarter
of Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11 East of the
Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: commencing at
the South East corner of Lot 7 in Block 7 of Prospect Park
Subdivision No, 1 of the North West Quarter of saic?. South
West Quarter thence South along the West line of Main Street
e: extended 150 feet; thence West parallel with the South line
of Lot 7 aforesaid 157 feet, thence North to the South West
corner of said Lot 7 of said Prospect Park Subdivision No, 1;
thence East along the South line of aforesaid Lot 7, 157 feet
to the place of beginning;
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that said conveyence is hereby accepted .
subject to parties recur^ ng and paying all fees and costs in
connection therewith,
