RESOLUTION. 3-5a.
BE IT RESOLVED by The President and. Board of Trustees of
The Village of Mount Prospect, that Theodore J. Erbach and
Angelin A. Erbach, his wife, owners in fee simple of the
following premises in joint Tenancy,
As to that part of the South West quarter of
Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11, at
of the Third Principal Meridian bounded by a
line described as follows: commencing at the
South Wept corner of lot 6 in block 8 of
Prospect Park Subdivision No. 1 of said South
Test quarter; thence West 33 feet to center
line of Main Street; thence along center line
of Main Street extended. South 85 feet; thence
East parallel with South line of aforesaid lot
6, 120 feet; thence North 85 feet to the South
East corner of aforesaid lot 6; thence West along
South line of aforesaid lot 6, 157 feet to place
of beginning in Vil l a<>e of Mount 'roppect ;
and
Richard A. Erbach and Agnes C. Erbach, owners in fee pimple
of the following premises in joint Tenancy,
AP to that part of the South Wept quarter of
Section 12, Township 41. North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian described as
follows: commencing at the South West corner
of lot 6 in block 8 of Prospect Park Sub-
division No. 1 of paid South West quarter;
thence West 33 to center line of Main
Street; thence along center line of Main
Street extended South 85 feet to place of
beginning; thence continuing along center
line of train Street extended South 65 feet;
thence East parallel to the South line of lot
6 aforesaid 190 feet; thence North 65 feet
along line that if extended lould intersect
South East corner of said lot 6; thence West
parallel with the South line of said lot 6,
190 feet to place of beginning, in Village of
Mount Prospect.
That they, Theodore J. Erbach, Angelin A. Erbach, Richard
, Erbach and Agnes C. Erbach, convey the following portion of the

e aforesaid premises by a quit claim deed properly executed,
for street purposeP.
That part of the South West Quarter of Section
12, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 6 in
Block 8 of Prospect Park Subdivision No. 1 of
said Pouth Wept quarter, thence West 33 feet
to center line of Main Street; thence along
the center line of Main Street extended South
150 feet, thence at parallel with the South
line of Lot 6 aforesaid 33 feet; thence North
150 feet to the place of beginning, in Cork
County, Illinois.
IT I . FD THL.'. RESOLVED that said conveyance_ is hereby
accepted subject to parties recording and. paying all fees and
costs in connection therewith.
