P'H : EAS, Ordinances have heretofore been adopted Pro-
viding for the construction of certain local iilnrovements in
the Village of Mount Prospect; and
WHEREAS, special `.ssessdents were levied to pay the
cost of said work, and, pursuant to the Statute applicable
thereto, said improvements were constructed and the report of
cost and completion was approved in manner and form provided by
law; and
'; HE ;.SEAS, certain installments of said special assess-
ments levied against individual lots and parcels of land have
not been paid and are now east due and delinquent; and
WHEREAS, the President and Loam of Trustees find that
it will be for the best interess of the Village that said spe-
cial assessment liens be foreclosed; N0
BE IT HSOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That the special assessment liens against
the following described real estate, to -wit:
Lot 11 in block 3 in Prospect Park Subdivision
No. 1, being a Subdivision of the West half of
the North C0 rods of t he Southwest quarter of
Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal meridian, (except struts
heretofore dedicated) in Cook County, Illinois.
Lot 315 in H. Roy ber_y Co.'s Colonial Manor,
being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast
ti. of Section 11 and part oft he Northwest 4
of Section 12 in Town 41 North, Range 11, East
of the Third. Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois.
Lot 7 in H. Roy Berry Co.'s First Addition to
Castle Heights, being a Subdivision of the South
z of the Southeast t of the Northwest 4 and the
North 95.02 feet of the East 1 of the Southwest
all in Section 34, Town 42 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Gook
County, Illinois.

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 33, 34, 35, and 3b in Block
1 in Randview highlands, being a Subdivsion
in the North West quarter of the North West
quarter and the North East quarter of the
North West quarter of Section 3L Township
42 North, Range 11, East of t he jhird Prin-
cipal Meridian in Cook County, Iliinois.
Lots 15 in i lock 2, in Centralwood, a Sub-
division in the South East quarter of Sec-
tion 33, Township 42 north, Range 11, East
of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois.
SECTI0N 2. That the Attorney for the Village of Mount
Prospect be and he is hereby authorizes and directed to prosecute
said foreclosure suit as he may deem best, and to cooperate with
the State's Attorney of Cook County in procurin the foreclosure
of the lien of ;eneral taxos on said lots, if any there be, and
with the officials o.i the Drainage Districts in procuring the
foreclosure of the lien of Drainage District benefit special
assessments on said lots, if any there be, and this Board re-
quests said State's Attorney and officials of the Drainage Dis-
trict to foreclose; and that said Attorney for t he Village is
hereby authorized to file suit for f oreclosure or to join in
any suit or suits to foreclose instituted by the State's At-
torney to foreclose the lien of general taxes and to take such
other steps as he deers proper to procure the prompt sale of
said property to satisfy said liens.
SLCTIOy 3. All resolutions ors arts of resolutions
in conflict herewith be and the sar`e are hereby repealed.
SEC TCN 4. That this resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption and approval.
