RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the Board or Cou..'I'lty Commissioners of Cook COuntY3
has heretofore adopted a resolutio11 that no permit will be issued for
access to a. county highway until all faci1itiea~ the shopping center for
which such access is sought, have been agreed upon by the developers,
the County Superintendent of Highwa.ys and the Department of Public
Works a.nd Buildings; and
WHEREAS, the County Superintendent of Highways for Cook
County, I1linois~ haa heretofore requested.that he be advised of any
application for permit to erect and build shopping centers within the
litnits of the Village of Mount Prospect where it appears that such
shopping center must have access to one or more of the highways over
which he has jurisdiction and control;
