Illinois 60056 Phone: 70B / 392-6000 Fax: 70B / 392-6022 MINUTES EXECUTIVE SESSION APRIL 10, 1990 The Executive Session was called to order at 7:04 p.m., in the second floor conference room of the Senior Citizens Center, to discuss litigation. Present at the Executive Session were: Mayor Gerald Farley; Trustees Ralph Arthur, Mark Busse, Timothy Corcoran, George Van Geem and Theodore Wattenberg. Absent from the Executive Session was Trustee Leo Floros. Also present was Village Manager John Dixon. The first item to be discussed was the Disconnect Case. The Village Board agreed that there should be an Appeal to the Appellate decision which was just handed down. The second item discussed was the an opinion of the Judge in the Elk Grove Township Rural Fire Protection Suit and the Board decided to appeal this as well.
