Personnel
Collective Bargaining
~&--\- Village Manager Janonis provided an update regarding the Public Works negotiations and what the
\ potential next steps might be. He stated there is an obligation to meet and discuss even though that
~ has had limited effectiveness to date. He did outline several options regarding the current state of
~ a . AI._ negotiations and asked the Village Board to consider some type of strategy or response since this
will not likely be resolved anytime soon. He suggested that it might be worthwhile to offer to meet
and discuss again with the Mediator but it is unlikely much movement will be obtained. He stated
ultimately one side is going to have to decide on what is acceptable to complete the Contract.
General consensus of the Village Board was to offer to meet and discuss the Contract.
There was no further business and the Closed Session adjourned at 9:58 p.m.
