Code AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTEB X OF THE Chapz X Penalty MOUNT PROSPECT BUILDING CODE clause changing penalty clause from a maximum fine of $200.00 to $500.00. Trustee Colfer, seconded by Trustee Bergen, moved for passage, approval and publication of Ordinance No. 1125. Upon roll call: Ayes: Bergen Bruhl Colfer Ekren Grittani Teichert Motion carried. (At This point in the meeting, Trustee Teichert left at 9:10 P.M. ) Trustee Colfer read for first reading an ordinance amending Section Amend Sec. 2.1 2.1(a) of Chapter I of the Building Code adopting the latest edition (a) BOCA of the BOCA Building Code, and requested it be placed on the next agenda for a second reading at the next meeting. Approved. ADJOURNMENT FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION The meeting recessed at 9:15 P.M. for an Executive Session to discuss Manager the hiring of a Village Manager. It reconvened at 9:23 P.M.
