Trustee Tei~hert gave the invocation. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING NOVEMBER 16, 1965 Trustee Colfer, seconded by Trustee Grittani, moved the minutes of November 16, 1965 be approved as corrected. Judiciary Committee studied Zoning Case 65-30 (Texaco station at 65-30 Texaco Algonquin and Dempster Roads) and reported property was involuntarily R-1 to B-3 = annexed by the Village. Zoning Board of Appeals mecommends granting of rezoning from R-1 to B-3. Judiciary Committee concu~s ~ith Zoning Board of Appeals and requests Village Attorney prepare the necessary ordinance rezoning the property f~om R-1 to B-3. Trustee Bergen moved to concur with Judiciary Com~nittee recommendation. Trustee Colfer seconded. Upon roll call: Ayes: Bergen Bruhl Colfer Ekren Grittani Teichert Motion carried.
