President Congreve called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M. with the
following merabers present:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MEETING NOVEMBER 16, 1965
Trustee Colfer, seconded by Trustee Grittani, moved the minutes of
November 16, 1965 be approved as corrected. Minutes

Trustee Bergen mead the Judiciary Committee Report. The Committee
Wedgewood Terr.recommended Wedgewood Terrace request for rezoni~ f~om R-1 to R-X
R-1 to R-X be ~eferred to the Plan Commission for public hearing. Trustee
Bergen moved, seconded by Trustee Colfer , to concur with the re-
commendation.

Judiciary Committee studied Zoning Case 65-30 (Texaco station at
65-30 Texaco Algonquin and Dempster Roads) and reported property was involuntarily
R-1 to B-3 = annexed by the Village. Zoning Board of Appeals mecommends granting
of rezoning from R-1 to B-3. Judiciary Committee concu~s ~ith
Zoning Board of Appeals and requests Village Attorney prepare the
necessary ordinance rezoning the property f~om R-1 to B-3. Trustee
Bergen moved to concur with Judiciary Com~nittee recommendation. Trustee
Colfer seconded.

Pavement pn Eve~green, east of Edward began to sink and it was
