Trastee Bergen read the Fire and Police Committee report on the
removal of stone pillars on west side of Route-83 at Shabonee of rt. 83
Trail~ Council Trail, Manawa Tr~tl and Hiawatha Trail. He also
read a~ investigation report from the Police Department. The
Committee recommended the removal Of 2 stone pillars at each of
the 4 above listed streets and that the sidewalks at Manawa and
Hiawatha be extended and completed after removal. Village equip-
ment would take down the pillars at a cost of approximately $500.00
plus V~lage labor~ Trastee Bergen~ seconded by Trustee Grittani~
moved the Vt]lage Nanager be directed to take the necessary action
to remove the stone pt]lars on the west side of Route 83 at
Shabonee Trail, Council Tra~l~ Manawa Trail and Hiawatha Trail.

13. In concurrence with the Committee recommendation, Trustee plats units

Subdivision plats, Units 12 and 13~ be approved subject to the
Vfl~age acquiring title to the retention basin, with reversion
of title to the grantor if and when such property is no longer
used as a retention basin, and accept title to Lot #1 for basin

Trustee Bl-dhl reported swimming pool, barber ~shop and beauty
shop ordinances were referred to Committee for further study
and would not be a matter for the agenda at this time. There
would be a meeting with the Board of Health on Weduesday~ June 29.
