T~ustee Bergen read le~r from Attorney Howard R.
Kaufman, who represented petitioner Jemo Industries in zoning
case 65-15 heard July 16th, protesting that he thought the Case 65-15
action of the Zoning Board was arbitrary and asking to appear Jemo Industries
before the Board of Trustees to argue this case further. The
Board members saw no reason to change their usual procedure
of not allowing the same zoning case to be argued all over
again before them, also noting that the Zoning Repoz~ had not
been referred as yet to the Judiciary Committee. It was
pointed out that Mr. Kaufman is allowed under the procedures
of the Judiciary Committee to be p~esent during their discus-
sion of this case.
