It has been my obligation to allocate rather meager amounts to the best of our ability. Obviously, these amounts are not, and cannot be treated as rent, but rather they are a reimbursement for Janitor services with which your community has been burdened as a result of the Court operation. In your particular instance I have requested the March 2, 1965 County Comptroller to make a mQnthly payment to your community in the amount of $40.00 and have requested that the check be mailed to Mr. J~mes C. King, T~easurer- Collector. The amount indicated does not measure the high degree of cooperation which you have rendered to the Circuit Cou~t. The public-spirited attitude of yourself and your Village council has made it possible for this Court to function in a manner far exceeding our fondest expectations.
