President Congreve had placed on the agenda the matter of parkway perking.
Parkway He stated the Village Manager had posted no perking on parkway signs at
parking Judity Ann Drive. In his opinion, it was possible that a previoUS Board
had given approval and a parking survey requested by the Trustees had not
been submitted. President Congreve recormnended the Board of Trustees
- direct the Village Manager to complete this survey referred 'to him On
December 6, 1966 and remove the no parking signs at Judith Ann Drive.
Mr, ~Dr~yJanski, 613 N. Main, appeared before the Board. He stated he
was representing five merchsnts on Judith Ann Drive who bad been using
' that parkway for six years. The posting of the signs was done without'
any prior notification. There are 15 parking spaces provided, with
bumpers placed on the parkway. The loss of these spaces would hurt
their business. The parkway survey was charged tO Fire and Police Commission.
Trustee Teich~rt, seconded by Trustee Grittani, moved to direct the Village
