COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS
ROPPOLO'S WHITE OAK SUBDIVISION
The above subdivision is within a mile and one-half of
June 6, 1972
the Village limits, bounded by Belmont Avenue, Lincoln
Avenue, Douglas AVenue and Noyes Street. Trustee
Anderson, seconded by Trustee Scholten, moved to aDorove
motion To approve the Erickson-Holmes Plat of subdivision aursuant to
the Ericks.on- review by the Village Engineer to determine whether
Holmes plat of easements are necessary, and if so, to have them placed
subdivision on the plat, and authorizing the President and Clerk to
sign and attest the olat.

MANAGER'S REPORT
The Village Attorney discussed an agreement presented
police authority which is between the Village and Randhurst Corporation.

authority within the Randhurst oarking lot and would be
mutually beneficial to both parties.
Trustee Ahern, seconded by Trustee Scholten, moved to
authorize the President to sign and the Clerk to attest
the above agreement between the Village and Randhurst
Corporation.

A memorandum from~the Fire Chief recommended the Village
become a part of the combined program with Arlington
Heights, Schaumburg, Palatine/Inverness and Rolling
Meadows with Northwest Community Hospital to maintain
memorandum on
a portable EKG and defibrillator, a transmitter module
a portable EGK which transfers information by radio directly to the
and defiibrillatOrhospital emergency room to a monitor unit. This in-
formation is evaluated by a doctor who then directs the
ambulance personnel by radio regarding proper treatment.
The cost of equipment for the Village of Mount Prosoect
is $5,697.00 for each ambulance, or a total for two am-
bulances of $11,394.00.

On May~25, 1972 the Village took bids on the 1972 MFT
Maintenance on various streets in Mount Prospect. North
Shore Cement, Inc. was disqualified for not meeting
bids on the 1972 specifications. Following.is the tabulation of the bids

The Director of Public Works and Village Engineer directed
a memorandum to the Manager requesting authorization to
purchase equipment for Well #16 from Ralph F. Gross and
Son, Associates, Inc. in an estimated amount of $50,000. request
to purchase

COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN REPORTS
BUILDING COMMITTEE
Trustee Anderson brought to the floor the deferred action
re Case #72-8A - Lester Krasnowski petition for variation
for garden apartment at 213 W. Prospect Avenue. Mr.
Krasnowski, representing his father, owner of the pro~¥~-
stated there would be no objections to imProvement o~7~-
of the alley to the rear of the property. He was advise~ -
he would be required to resubdivide the property because
the existing building is built on two 25' lots which will
have to be consolidated into one to conform with the present
code.
The Village Attorney was directed to draft an ordinance to
be presented at the next regular meeting June 20th.
