MANAGER'S REPORT The Village Manager reported that the E Hart Girls E. The Village Manager reported on the commuter bus rides to Randhurst, cost of which is shared by the Village, the United Motor Coach Co. and report on the Randhu~st, and daily counts, showe, d there is an contmuver bus rides upswing in the use of the service. To Randhurst The Village Manager ~eported on opening of bids for two 32,000 ~VW trucks, truck bodies, an auto- mobile for Public Works, 3/4 ton pick-up truck and ~opening of bids for three 12' platform bodies and in each case the low 12 trucks for Publicbidder was recommended. Code The Committee is reviewing BOCA regulations cover- ing housing and commercial buildings and will make recommendations to the Board. JUDICIARY COMMITTEE Trustee Ahern, seconded by Trustee Scholten, moved for passage of Ordinance #2351: motion for pass age p~ Ordinanc AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 16N OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT # 2351 ZONING ORDINANCE. (Rezoning Butch McGuire's, 300 E. Rand Rd. from RX to B-3) Upon roll call: Ayes: Ahern Anderson Furst Monroe Richardson Scholten Motion carried. OTHER BUSINESS The Pre-annexation hearing regarding property wouth of Algonquin and east of Nordic Road was continued to the next regular meeting. Trustee Anderson, seconded by Trustee Scholten, moved to authorize the Mayor and Village Clerk to sign and attest Cumberland Terr the Cumberland Terrace plat of subdivision, subject to ace plat of sub posting of public improvement bonds, if any.
