CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Teichert called the meeting to order at 8:15 P.M. Call vo Order

CASE NO. 65CH5300 OLD ORCHARD
Mayor Teichert called this special meeting for oossible
action to authorize the Mayor and Village Attorney to
Consent Decree
sign an amended Consent Decree in Case No. 65CH5300,
Chicago Title and Trust Company, Trustee under Trust ~ase No.
Agreement dated May 4, 1955 and known as Trust No. 37533, 65CH5300

Exhibits were presented and discussion followed re-
garding placement of sidewalk along the north side
of Rand Road. replacement of
sidewalks along
Trustee Anderson , seconded by Trustee Monroe, moved to Rand Rd.
construct a 5 foot sidewalk on the public right-of-way
or a three foot sidewalk on the private property along
the north side of Rand Road and west of Schoenbeck Road---
in any event, th'e sidewalk to be constructed Within ten
feet of the property line, at the discretion of the
administration, depending on the circumstances at the
time it is to be installed."

Motion carried.
The next topic under discussion was the proposed width
of Schoenbeck Road. Trustee Anderson, seconded by proposed width
Trustee Scholten, moved to provide for a 43 foot back- ~f Schoenbeck Rd
to-back base Road on Schoenbeck Road, with a 57 foot
maximum at the approaches to both Rand Road and Camp
McDonald Road for a distance of 200 feet.

Motion carried.
Next under consideration was the gravity off-site
sanitary sewer. After soil borings were made on gravity off-sit~
the east side of Elmhurst Road it appeared that
i ,'~ location was the most suitable for laying of pipe. sanitary sewer
It was further suggested by the developer that the
· water main also be placed in the same trench at a
different depth. It was agreed to cross over a
twelve-inch line at Oxford from the third manhole
and a ten-inch line from the fifth manhole to Meadow
Lane. These drawings were to be marked as Exhibit
"H' All mains are to be dedicated to the Village
with the understanding that from the main to the
building would be maintained by the owner.
These items will be incorporated in the redrafting
of the Consent Decree to place in language in
conformance with the discussior and accompanying
exhibits would be modified to comply with the
previous motions.
Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Richardson,
moved to approve the amended Consent Decree in Motion for

moved to authorize the Mayor and Village Attorney
to sign a formal Consent Decree to that ~effect.
