Mayor Teichert called the meeting to order at 8~40 P. M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 21, 1971
Corrections: Pg. 4 3rd paragraph purchase price should
be $180,000, not $80,000. Pg. 3: Second paragraph amended
to read as follows: Trustee Monroe, secon'ded by Trustee
Ahern, moved that a letter of credit be posted and that if
an amended Consent Decree has not been entered in the
Circuit Court by July l, 1972 the Village can demand Approval of
demolition or exercise a letter of credit to see that t~en~yes for

MAYOR'S REPORT
The Mayor proclaimed January as Blood Donor Month and January pro-
Community Involvement Month throughout the limits of claimed as
