Mr. Frakes of the Chamber of Commerce, stated business licensing the ordinance was -restrictive, oppressive and unconstitutional. Code A meeting was scheduled for Saturday A.M. March 17th to review the ordinance, following a special board meeting President Teichert called for 9:00 A.M. The Clerk was requested to place this ordinance on the a~e~-~da of the next board meeting to be held April 27th for final reading.
