"The Board of Trustees" Section 2.103 "Meetings." of~the ~unicipal Code of Mount Prospect. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Teichert called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M. INVOCATION Trustee Anderson gave the invocation. ROLL CALL Present upon roll call: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richardson Scholten Teichert Absent: Link Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Hendricks, moved to waive the rules requiring two readings of an annexation ordinance for property known as the Wilkin Property at 1725 E. Carboy Rd. in Elk Grove Township· Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richardson Scholten Motion carried. Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Hendricks, moved for passage of Ordinance #2474: AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1725 EAST CARBOY RD. ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, ILLINOIS. Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richardson Scholten Teichert Motion carried. Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Scholten, moved to waive the rules requiring two readiygs of an annexation ordinance f6r property located west of Elmhurst Rd. (Ill. Rte.83) and approximately 1379.38' to 1859.38' south of the center line of Algonquin Rd. (Ill. Rte 62). Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richardson Scholten Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Scholten, moved for passage of Ordinance #2475: AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF ELMHURST RAOD ( ILL. RTE 83 )AND APPROXIMATELY 1379.38' to 1859.38' S©~TH OF THE CENTER LIME OF AL~ONQUZM RO~ (ILLINOIS R0~UTE 62) Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Purst Hendricks Richardson Scholten Teichert Motion carried· 11/29/73 Trustee Richardson, seconded by Trustee Hendricks, moved vo authorize the Mayor vo sign and the Clerk to attesv the Wilkin plat of annexation for property known as 1725 E. Carboy Road. Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richard- so~ Scholte~ Motion carried. Trustee Richardson, seconded ~y Trustee Furst, moved to authorize the Mayor to si~n and the Clerk to attest The plat of annexation for property located west of Elmhurst Road and approximately 1379.38' to 1859.38' south of the cenver line of A~onquin Road. Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richard- son Scholten Motion carried. Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Richardson, moved to waive the rules requiring ~wo read~ngs of an ordinance re- zoning the property at 1725 E. Carboy Rd. from RX to I-1. Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richardson Scholten Motion carried. Trus6ee Richardson, seconded by Trustee Hendricks, moved for passage of Ordinance #2476: AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AS I-1 PORTIONS OF MAP 47-S OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richardson Scholten Motion carried. Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Richardson, moved to waive the rules requiring two readings of a variation ordinance for property located on Lot 7 in Elmhurst- Algonquin Industrial Park Unit ~ 2. Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richardson Scholten Motion carried. Trustee Richardson, seconded by Trustee Hendricks, moved for passage of Ordinance #2477: ~ ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON LOT ~ IN ELMHURST~ALGONQUIN INDUSTRZAL PARK UNIT NO.~ Upon roll call: Ayes: Anderson Furst Hendricks Richardson Scholten Motion carried.
