Mayor Teichert called the meeting to order at 8:20 PM.

The Village Manager requested Pinner Electric Company
be awarded the traffic signal maintenance contract for
the next fiscal year. Trustee Furst, seconded by

MAYOR'S REPORT
Mr. John Helm, a resident of Mount Prospect, was awarded
a police commendation for his part in the apprehension
of an auto thief.
