Mayor Teichert welcomed some eighth grade students from
St. Raymond's School who were present to observe the
Village Board in action as part of a civic study.
COMMUNICATIONS AND PETITIONS
Kenroy, Inc. of Huntington Commons development, had requested
a public hearing concerning a change to the Zoning Ordinance
and amendment of an annexation agreement and PUD ordinance, request

bidder, for $107,490.00, and the deposit checks be returned

FIRE AND POLICE COMMITTEE
The Fire and Police Committee recommended passage of a
revised ordinance regarding warrants for stop and yield
signs. Trustee Scholten, seconded by Trustee Ahern, moved
to concur with the Committee's recommendation for passage
of the ordinance as submitted.

Announcements Trustee Furst, seconded by Trustee Richardson, moved to
ratify the action of the Yillage Attorney in lending
the Village name as participat±ng in a municipal brief
regarding special service districts. Oak Park tried, under
home rule powers, to create a special service district and
was denied by the courts. Oth~ municipalities are also
participating.
