Bernard Lee, attorney for the petitioner in ZBA cases
46-Z-77 and 47-V-77, were referred to the first meeting
in January. This matter was also referred to the Building
Committee December 15th in order to have the other members
of that Committee vote on this case.
Discussion took place on the subject of having concurrence
with Committee recommendations and ordinances passed on a
particular subject at the same Village Board meeting. It
was the opinion of the Village Board that concurrence with
the Committee's recommendation would take place at one
meeting and after such concurrence the Village Attorney
would be directed to draft the necessary ordinances. It
was also determined that the rule requiring two readings of
an ordinance would only be waived in the case of an
emergency.
The next case was ZBA 50-V-77, Southwest corner of Elmhurst
and Camp Mc Donald Roads.
Trustee Hendricks, seconded by Trustee Minton, moved for
concurrence with the recommendation.of the Building
