A. Reconsideration of one-way designation on Aspen Drive
B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE XIX,
OF THE VILLAGE CODE, ENTITLED "NATURAL GAS USE TAX" (Exhibit A)
This proposed ordinance would impose a natural gas tax upon those
who purchase gas from independent contractors and, consequently, do
not currently pay the Village's natural gas utility tax.

This proposed ordinance would convert the Village's current gross
receipts-based electric utility tax rates to rates based upon kilowatt
hours consumed. (Exhibit C)
