RESOLUTION NO. is
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION
INVITING SEALED BIDS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to cause the publication of the attached notice for sealed bids
to be placed in The Bond Buyer in its June 3, 1963 issue and that
said publication notice as attached is hereby approved.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.

in room 1282, First National Bank Building, Chicago, Illinois (mailed bids to
i be addressed % Paul D. Speer), for $1,128,000 Waterworks and Sewerage
I Revenue Bonds, Series 1963, being a part of a total authorized issu.e of
$1,450,000 dated May 1, 1963, maturing serially May 1, 1964-87, inclusive.
Denomination-$1,000. Interest payable semi-annually May 1 and November
1; first coupon due November 1, 1963. Payable in New York or Chicago.
Callable at par and accrued interest, in whole or in part from revenues on
any interest date on or after May 1, 1974, and from any funds on any date
on or after May 1, 1978. Delivery expected within 30 days of sale in Chicago.
Village will furnish printed bonds and legal opinion of Chapman and Cutler.
Maximum interest rate of 5%, with not more than three rates, in multiples
of % Or 1/10 of 1,%. Good faith check $25,000. Bid must be for all or none,
for $178,000 bonds maturing 1964-73, inclusive, at par and accrued interest;
for $950,000 bonds maturing 1973-87, inclusive, at not less than $935,000 and
accrued interest, on Official Bid Form, which, together with Official State-
ment and Official Notice of Sale, may be obtained from the undersigned, or
the Municipal Finance Consultant of the Village, Paul D. Speer, 33 South
