condominium units. NOTE: This Case is Village Board Final
B. ZBA 02-2000 / Metzger Residence / 120 Yates Lane / Variation to allow construction of
a wood deck encroaching 3 feet into a required side yard setback. NOTE: This Case is
Village Board Final
C. ZBA-04-2000 / Kensington Restaurant / 305 Kensington Road / Conditional Use for the
establishment of a fast food restaurant with a drive-through. NOTE: This Case has
been postponed until the March 23, 2000 meeting at the applicant's request.
