2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 105 EAST PROSPECT AVENUE
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use for a Planned Unit Development
for a five-unit townhouse structure at the southeast corner of Prospect Avenue
and Emerson Street. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval
by a vote of 4-2. (Exhibit B)
B. ZBA 19-99, 310 South WaPella Avenue
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 310 SOUTH WAPELLA AVENUE
The petitioner is requesting a Conditional Use to permit a covered front porch
within twenty-five feet (25') of the front property line. The Zoning Board of Appeals
has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit C)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR
PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 2400 TERMINAL DRIVE
The petitioner is requesting a Conditional Use to permit the establishment of a
cartage facility. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval by a
vote of 4-0. (Exhibit D)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR

The petitioner is requesting a Conditional Use to permit the establishment of a
trade/vocational school. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval
by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit E)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE REZONING AND GRANTING A CONDITIONAL
USE AND VARIATION FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 408 EAST

The petitioner is requesting the subject property be rezoned from R-1 (Single
Family Residence) to B-1 (Business Office), Conditional Use approval, and a
Variation to the side yard setback to permit the establishment of a stand-alone
