IX. OLD BUSINESS A. ZBA 18-99, 105 East Prospect Avenue (This case was deferred from the July 6, 1999 Village Board meeting). The petitioner is requesting a Conditional Use for a Planned Unit Development for a five-unit townhouse structure at the southeast corner of Prospect Avenue and Emerson Street. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval by a vote of 4-2. B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends various zoning regulations in Chapter 14 (Zoning) of the Village Code. The Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended approval of the amendments by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit A) C. PC 01-99, Prospect Place, Southwest Corner of Central Road and Main Street 1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXCEPTION FROM THE DEVELOPMENT CODE FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS PROSPECT PLACE, CENTRAL ROAD AND MAIN STREET This ordinance grants an exception from Section 16.403 of the Development Code, to waive the requirement for a 20-foot utility easement. The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the exception by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit B) 2. Prospect Place Plat of Resubdivision, Southwest Corner of Central Road and Main Street This plat consolidates multiple lots and is necessary to clarify ownership and insure compliance with Village codes. The Plan Commission has recommended approval upon completion, by a vote of 6-0. X. NEW BUSINESS A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREED FINAL JUDGEMENT ORDER FOR PROPERTY AT 117 SOUTH MAIN STREET (Exhibit C) B. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND NORWOOD CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT OF PHASE l-B, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF NORTHWEST HIGHWAY AND ROUTE 83 (Exhibit D) C. A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN INVESTMENT POLICY FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit E) Xl. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Bid Results: 1. Purchase of two new 35,000 lb. GVWR cabs and chassis 2.
