WHEREAS, the Pres lden.;... and Board of Tl"ustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect, Cook COUT4CY, Illinois, have heretofore on the
7th day of January, 1964!, adopted an oI'dinance providing for the
submission to the legal voters of said Village, B.t a special election
duly called and held in and for said Village on the 8th day of

"Shall bonds in the amount of $200,000 be issued by the Village
of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, for the purpose of

Clerk not more than thirty (30) days nor less than fifteen (IS) days

on the 23rd day of January, 1964, in the Mount Prospect Herald and
the Mount Prospect Independent, the same being newspapers published
in and having a general circulation within said Village, which
notice as so published did specify the places whereat such election
was to be held, the time of opening and closing of the polls, and
the questions to be voted upon, copies of said notice with affidavit
of publication attached thereto, being now on file and a part of the
official records of the President and Board of Trustees of this
Village and being in words and figures as follows:
