RESOLUTION No. 29-65
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM
THE PROSPECT PLAZA BANK TO THE MOUNT PROSPECT STATE
BANK
WHEREASs by Resolution No. 22-65s adopted and approved November
13s 1962s the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect designated the Prospect Plaza Bank of Mount Prospect as the depos-
tory of the Village of Mount Prospect Parking System Revenue Fund, and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
: Mount Prospect are informed and believe that the said Prospect Plaza Bank

! proposes and intends to move form the Village of Nount Prospects and

WHEREASs it is the policy of the President and Board of Trustees

lof the Village of Mount Prospect to name only banks located within the cor-

Ijporate limits of the said Village as depositories for Village funds.

SECTION TWO: That the Mount Prospect State Bank bes and it is

i herebys designated as the depository of the Village of Mount Prospect Parking

I System Revenue Fund and that the funds so deposited may be withdrawn upon
I Warrants signed by the following:

I whose signatures shall be duly certified to s&id bank and that no Warrants

I drawn against said bank shall be valid unless so signed.

SECTION ONE:
That Resolution No. 22-62s adopted and approved

SECTION THREE:
That the Director or Finance be, and he is here-

from the Prospect Plaza Bank to the Mount Prospect State Bank.
SECTION FOUR: That said bank is hereby authorized and directed
to honor and pay any warrants so drawn, whether such Harrants be payable
to the order of any such person signing said Harrants or any of such
persons in their individual capacities or not, and whether such warrants
are deposited to the individual credit of the person so signing said
warrants or to the individual credit of any of the other officers or not.
This resolution shall continue in force and said bank may consider the
facts concerning the holders of said offices, respectively, and their sig-
natures to be and continue as set forth in the certificate of the Village
Clerk, accompanying a copy of this resolution when delivered to said bank
or in any similar subsequent certificate, until written notice to the
contrary is duly served on said bank.
SECTION FIVE: This resolution seall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by laH.
