'-." ~ Ii II R.E8JLUTION NO. 32-66 A RESOLUTION .ALWWING THE VARIATION AT 2 WEST BUSSE WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect held a public meeting on May 20, 1966, at the !t:>unt Prospect Village Hall pursuant to notice published in the Mount Prospect Herald on Mq 5, 1966,; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals heard testimony presented under case No. 66-l8A pertaining to a request to make three stores or rental units out of the current one large area on the first floor located at 2 West Busse, Mount Prospect, which is zoned B-3 classification,; and, WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals established that the building in question was erected prior to the zoning classification of B-) which was imposed on it, that nevertheless said property does not contain any off- street parking as required under B-) zoning in Mount Prospect,; and, WHEREAS, said Board of Appeals denied the request because of the failure to comply with the off-street parking requirements,; and, WHEREAS, the Judiciary Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did review the matters at their regular meeting held on July 1, 1966,; and, WHEREAS, the Committee determined that variation requested will not, in itself, increase or decrease parking and is not an expansion of use, and therefore recommend the granting of the request,; and, WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Pro spect have reviewed the matter herein and have determined that same is for the best interest of the Village of Mount Prospect,; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND OOARD OF TW STEES OF THE VILLAGE OF J{)UNT PRDSPECI'. SECTION ONE: That the building located at 2 West Busse, Mount Prospect, illinois, mq have the ground floor area divided into three stores or rental units. SECTION TWO: That all requirements of the Village code be applicable except that requirement for off-street parking under the B-) zoning classification. SECTION THREE: That the Superintendent of Buildings of the Village of Mount Prospect is hereby directed to issue a building permit in accordance with the variation hereinabove mentioned. SECTION FOUR: That the variation granted bY' this Resolution shall be null and void and of no force and effect whatsoever unless an application for a building permit pursuant to such variation is made and the construction commenced within one year from the date said resolution becomes effective. ~ I I i ,......... - SECTION F!VB: This Resolution shaJ.l be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
