A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICES EXTENDED
BY JAMES E. WAX
WHEREAS, James E Wax has devoted his time, experience,
knowledge and dedication to the task of serving on the Architectural
Committee of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, from its in-
I ception on September 25, 1956; and
WHEREAS, James E. Wax also served unselfishly and diligently
as Village Trustee for a four-year term; and
WHEREAS, The Village of Mount Prospect has been greatly
enhanced by the knowledge and efforts expended by James E. Wax in the
performance of his position with the Village; and
WHEREAS, James E. Wax has retired from his position as
Chaiman of the Architectural Committee on September 1, 1966; and

WHEREAS, The President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect desire to express to James E. Wax, on behalf of all

! the citizens of the Village, their gratitude to him for his dedicated

ii and distinguished services to the Village.
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That by this Resolution the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect express to James E. Wax
their deep gratitude for his years of dedicated, faithful, and con-
structive service on the Architectural Committee of the Village of
Mount Prospect; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that as a perpetual memento a copy
of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the Board of 'l'rustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect, and that a certified copy of it be
suitably engraved upon parchment and delivered to James E. Wax; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the
manner provided by law.
