RESOLUTION NO. 15-67
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE NUMBER OF OFFICERS AND lVJE1.1BERS
OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6.101 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect, by Resolution, the President and Board of Trustees shall designate
the number of officers and members of the Police Department of the Village
of Mount Prospect; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 14-67, passed February 21, 1967, the
number of officers and members of the Police Department under the jurisdiction
of the Fire and Police Conmission of the Village of Mount Prospect as provided
therein was established; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect have determined that the Police Department should be increased by
two; and
W1lEREAS, it is the opinion of the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect that all prior Resolutions previously adopted
pertaining thereto should be repealed and a new Resolution adopted establish-
ing as of the adoption of this Resolution the number of officers and members
of the Police Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNrY, IILINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Resolution No. 14-67 adopted February 21, 1967
be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION TWO: Pursuant to Section 6.101 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957, there is hereby authorized the following personnel,
under the jurisdiction of the Fire and Police Conmission of the Village of
Mount Prospect, for the Police Department of the Village of Mount Prospect,
Cook County, Illinois.

SECTION Ti~: Pursuant to Section 6.101 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957, there is hereby authorized the following personnel,
not to be under the jurisdiction of the Fire and Police Canmission of the
Village of J'.1ount Prospect, for the Police Department of the Village of
Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:

SECTION FOUR: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
