SECTION 19. - No person or oorporation shall bring or cause to be brought into the village any decayed or unwholesome vegetables or fruit intended to be oonsumed or sold or offered for sale forhu- man food, nor shall any person. or corporation keep or sto~e in the Village any decayed or unwholesome vegetables or fruit. IMPURE OR ADULTERATED WATER, DRUGS OR POOD. SECTION 20.- No person or corporation, or any agent or em- ploye thereOf, shall keep for salet offer for salet or exohange or shall sell, or deliver, or expose for sale, any drugs not oonforming to the rales and standards of United states pharmacopoeia, or anr water or liquids or foods which shall be impure, unwholesome or adul- terated ot to which any harmful or injurious foreign substance has been added. SECTION 21. - If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this ordinance shall for any reason be adjudged by any court of oompetent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affeo't. impalr, or invalidate the remainder of this ordinance, but shall be oonfined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragrap_ or part thereof direotly involved in the contro?ersy inwhioh such judgment shall have been rendered.
