and State of Illinois.
Gentlemen:
Your Committee on Streets and Sidew~lks, to whom was
referred the ordinanoe entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
OWEN 8'l'REET AND OTHER STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, BY FURNISH-
ING AND CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A CONNECTED SYSTEM
OF STREET PAVEMENT AND APPURTENANCES",
and ordered published in the Cook County Herald, a secular
newspaper printed and published on Tuesday of eaoh and every week,
in the Village of Arlington Heights, County of Cook and State
01 Illinois, hereby reports as follows:
That they caused said ordinance, together with the
recommendation of the Board of Local Improvements and the
est~mate of the President of said Board of Local Improvements, to
be published in said Cook Oounty Herald on Tuesday the 5th day of
April, A.D.1927; that accompanying said publicat~on of said
ordinance wa~ a notice notifying all persons that the under-
signed, your committee, had fixed Tuesday the 12th day of April,
A.D.1927, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Village Board
Room in the Village Hall in said Village of Mount Prospect, as
the time and place for the public consideration thereof, and
that your committee would meet at said time and place for the
consideration of said ordinance and would report the conclusions
01 your commlttee to the President and Board of Trustees of said
Village.
Your Committee further reports that theymet at the
time and place speCified in said notice for the publiC consider-
ation of said ordinance, and a'~er a hearing on said ordinance

and no objections having been made thereto, your committee has
considered and does hereby recommend the passage of said ordi-
nance and themaking of said ~provement as contemplated in
aid ordinance, recommendation and estimate.
