. AN ORDINANCE A.MENDING AN ORDINANCE, entitled, ltZONING
ORD1INANCE (52) II An ordinance classifying, regulating and re- .
stricting the location of trades and industries and tne loca.tion
of buildings designed for specified uses; regulating and limiting
the height and bulk of buildings hereafter erected or altered.
Regulating and limiting the intensity of the use of lots, areas,
and regulating and determining the area of yards, courts, and
other open spaces within and surrouding such buildings; esta'blish-
ing the boundaries of districts for said purposes; and prescrib-
ing penalties for the violation of t~s provisions," Passed
December 4th, 1923, and a,pproved Dec. 4th, 1923.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAG~ OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the last paragra.ph of Section 15, hea.ded
"Resident District", of the above described ordinance commonly
known as the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Mount Prospect,
Illinois, be in its effect amended by excluding from the operat-
ion of said section the following described property, to-wit:
Lots One (1) to Fifteen (15), both inclusive, in
Blo,ck One (1) l Lots One {.1) to Fit'teen (15), both
inclusive in Block Three (3); and Lots One (1) to
Five (5),botn inclusive, i'nBlock Four (4), all in
Centralwood, being a subdivision of the following
described piece or parcel of land: Beginning at the
southeast corner of the West Half of the Southeast
Quarter of' Section Thirty-three (33), Townsnip Forty-
two (42) North, Range Eleven (11) East of the Third
Principal Meridian; thence West along south line of
said Section Thirty-three (33), a distance of 14.82
cnains - 978.12 feet; thence North along a line
uarallel to the East line of the West Half of the
Sou thea,st Quarter of said Section Thirty-three~ 33) ,
to the South Itne of the rignt of way of the Cnicago
and North Western Railway Company; thence southeasterly
along the said right of way line to the east line of
West Half of Southeast QUarter of said Section Thirty-
three (33); thence South along last mentioned line to
the place of beginning;

placing and zoning the same as business property.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
