WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, on, to-wit, June 10, A.D. 1942, duly passed the annual appropriation bill of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning May I, 1942, and ending April 30, 1943; and WHEREAS, the said a.nnual appropriation bill was duly published on the 19th day of June, A.D. 1942, in the Mount Prospect Herald, a newspaper published in the said Village of Mount Prospect, and also by posting copies of said annual apporpriation bill in three public places in the said Village; and WHEREAS, it shall be necessary to levy on all tax- able property within the said Village of Mount Prospect for the said current fiscal year tor the following objects and purposes: General Corporate Garbage Disposal Principal and Interest on Bond Indebtedness $11,669.65 3,200..00 4.522.51 l19,392.16 liQ!, THEREFORE, ~ IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook and State of Illinois: Section 1.
