AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING POR-
TIONS OF EMERSON AND LINCOLN
STREETS AS AN ARTERIAL STREET

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That that portion of Emerson Street be-
ginning at the northerly line of Northwest Highway and extend-
ing south to the north line of Lincoln Street; and that part
of Lincoln Street beginning at the easterly line of Emerson,
Street and extending west to the east line of Main Street, be
and the same are hereby declared to be arterial streets.
Section 2. that all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion according to law.
PASSED: this 4th day of June, 1946.
