BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, County of CoOk and State of Illinois: Section 1. This Ordinance is here 'by termed the Annual Appropriation Bill of the Village of Mount Prospect for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1947 and ending April 30, 1948. Section 2. The amounts hereinafter set forth are hereby appropriated to defray all necessary corporate expenses and liabilities of the said Village of Mount Prospect.
