AN ORDDTANCE AMENDING THE
VILLAGE OF MOnT PllOSPEC!
ZONnG ORDINANCE AS A1lENDED

WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the Village of Mount
Prospect at a public meeting duly called and held according to
law, considered the question of reclassifying from Residence R-2
to Residence R-l the real estate hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS. the President and Board of Trustees after con-
~idering the recommendation of the said Zoning Commission, find
d believe that the highest and best use for the real estate
ks that of Residence R-l.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
OARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
LLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That an urdinance entitled DAn Ordinance

SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation who violates,

idisobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who re-

ishall be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than
:One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each offense, each day that a

:fense.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and

leffect from and after its passage, approval and publication ac-
