BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, County of Cook, State of Illinois: Section 1. !his Ordinance is hereby termed the Annual Appropriation Bill of the Village of Mount Prospect for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1948, and ending April 30, 1949. Section 2. !he amounts hereinafter set forth are hereby appropriated to defray all necessary corporate expenses and liabilities of the said Village of Mount Prospect.
