Home My WebLink AboutOrd 289 08/10/1948 + ------------~- ifgf THE ANNUAL LEVY ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, PROVIDING FOR mIlE LEVY AND ASSESS:ThimNT OF TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1. 1948 and ENDING APRIL 50. 1949. ****** WHEREAS. the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, on to-wit, July 13th, 1948, duly passed the Annual Appropriation Bill of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1948 and ending April 30, 1949; and WHEREAS. the said Annual, Appropriation Bill was duly published on the 23rd day of July, A.D. 1948, in the Mount Prospect Herald, a newspaper published in the said Village of Mount Prospect, and also by posting copies of said Annual Appropriation Bill in three public places in the said Village; and WHEREAS. it shall be necessary to levy on all taxable property within the said Village of Mount Prospect for the said current fiscal year for the following objects and purposes: $19,926.00 9,475.00 7,887.00 5,983.00 4.915.00 $48,186.00 NOW. THEREFORE.
